Turmeric Fried Rice


Ingredients:
500 g cold cooked rice

100 g peeled shrimp

5 pieces of fish meatballs cut into 4 parts

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Cooking oil to taste.

Spices that are:
3 cloves garlic

3 cm turmeric

1 teaspoon shrimp paste

3 pieces of cayenne pepper


Directions:
Heat oil for sauteing.

Saute the mashed ingredients until fragrant and cooked.

Enter the shrimp, fish meatballs, soy sauce, stir-fry until shrimp changes color and fragrant spices.

Add rice, stirring constantly until rice terlumur flavored with herbs and fried rice, lift serve.
